2 part Doege’s Orchard Rum - Black Cherry
1 part pomegranate juice
1/2 part lime juice
1/2 part lemon juice
1 part simple syrup
Dash of bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Enjoy!
2oz Doege’s Amber Rum
15mL (1Tbsp) liquid honey
5mL (1tsp) vanilla extract
1oz sparkling wine
Add ice & first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass & top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
1 part Doege’s Orchard Rum - Fuzzy Peach
2 part pineapple juice
1 part cranberry juice
Serve over ice and enjoy!
2 parts Prairie White
1 part lime juice
2 parts cranberry/raspberry juice
0.5 part grenadine
Rim martini glasses with lime and dip rim in sugar. Put glasses in freezer to chill.
Add the ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain the Love Potion cocktail into the glasses and enjoy!
2 oz. Prairie White
1 oz. Maple Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Freshly brewed espresso
Add Prairie White, Maple Coffee Liqueur and espresso to a shaker filled with ice, shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 2 coffee beans.
2 oz. Doege's Orchard Rum - Spiced Apple
1/2 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed
6 oz. Ginger beer
Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug (or a Collins glass) and drop in the spent shell.
Add ice cubes, then pour in Spiced Apple Rum and fill with cold ginger beer.
1 oz. apple juice
1/4 oz. lemon juice
1 1/4 oz. green apple schnapps
1 1/2 oz. Doege's Original Apple Spirit
ice
Green apple slice (optional)
Add the ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and enjoy!
1 oz Doege’s Maple Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Banana Liqueur
2 oz milk
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled glass.
2 oz strained rhubarb juice
1 oz Orchard Rum - Spiced Apple
Top up with tonic water. Serve chilled or with ice.
Traditionally served warm, heat the Glögg to maximum 73°C/163°F. Serve in a cup with almonds and raisins.
Tip: Serve the Glögg with ginger thins and blue cheese.
3/4 cup chilled Prairie White
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
3/4 cup champagne, chilled
1/2 a lime (for sugar rimming the cup)
2 tbsp. sugar
In a large pitcher, mix together Prairie White and cranberry juice.
Add champagne to pitcher and pour mixture into champagne flutes.
Rim 4 champagne flutes with lime and dip in sugar.
Garnish: rosemary sprigs, fresh cranberries.

5 oz. Cola or your favourite mix
1/2 oz. lime juice (optional)
Lime wedge for serving

1 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
